Do you offer samples?
Sure. You will find the sample buying option if you check the product options.
What's the minimum order quantity for custom products?
To imprint the special customized logo, our Minimum order quantities MOQ is 200, with our TOPESEL logo or no logo the MOQ is only 10.
How long can I get the products?
For orders less than 1000 units:
4-8 business days in the US. (7-11 business day for Micro SD Card)
4-15 business days outside the US.
What’s the shipping company?
The FedEx for large packages and deliver to worldwide regions.
The USPS for small packages to the US.
Warranty
TOPESEL offers 12 months warranty, at least 5 pcs of extra products will be delivered to you in case a few products being damaged during the transportation.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes, you can get a discount in the following way:
- Follow “topesel.net”of our Facebook page, $5 off you will get (except for the sample).
- For orders over 500 units, $50 discount if you finished the order in 3 workdays after receiving the quotation.
How to get the quotation?
Send an email to topesel@topesel.net and tell us your requirement, the quotation will be sent to you in 2 workdays.
How to pay?
When you received the quotation, a payment link (product buying option) will be attached in the email, you can pay it online via PayPal or other credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA)
How will the product be imprinted?
Depending on the logo shape and color you provide, we will choose silkscreen or laser printing.
Other Product Questions
What's the difference between usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 drives?
USB 3.0 is newer and transfer data faster than USB 2.0, but your computer need a usb 3.0 port to take advantage of that. And it is backward compatible with usb 2.0. From the color of the port, USB 3.0 ports are usually blue, and USB 2.0 ports are often black.
Will the USB flash drive work with any computer?
Sure, the usb flash drive is compatible with mainstream operating systems, such as Windows, mac OS etc, and it can work with any computer with usb port.
Why my USB drive’s capacity is less than the advertised?
This is normal, actual available capacity for data storage is less than as listed on the products due to formatting and other functions. 1GB=1,000,000,000 bytes.
Can those Type-C flash drives work with any devices with Type-C port?
Those Type-C flash drives can support the devices featuring OTG function.
Why can I not copy a single file larger than 4G?
The capacity of 32G or below USB flash drives use the default format of FAT32 which doesn’t support files larger than 4GB. You can try to format it into exFAT or NTFS by computer.
How much data can a 64G flash drive hold?
64GB USB flash drive can store a lot of important data such as documents, photos, videos, music, movies, books, etc. It can store nearly 115,808 pictures of 3MP, 320 films of 400M, 16000 music of 8M.
Why is the transfer speed I tested lower than the advertised?
The read/write speed is just based on internal testing, which may vary depending on the chip itself, host devices, OS, etc. So such problem can’t attribute to the quality.
What's a dual USB drive, and what's it for?
It just means that it has two different connectors on opposite sides. For a USB Type-C flash drive, one is compatible with new Macbook pro(and other devices which have USB type-C ports) and the other one is compatible with traditional USB-compatible devices(USB type-A).
Can I access the same files from either side of the Type-C flash drive ?
Yes, sure.
